May be used to soothe the nervous system and provide relief from forms of emotional disturbances. Allows one to more clearly express oneself. Regulates and improves mental thoughts.
AMETHYST
Amethyst is a highly spiritual stone and used for general healing and wonderful for meditation. Sleeping with a piece of amethyst under one's pillow promotes intuitive dreams and wisdom. Many healers consider it useful in the relief of insomnia and to bring peace and calm in times of grief. Amethyst clears, purifies and helps with addictions, stress or tension allowing ones blood pressure to lower. Soothes and calms the mind, raises the spirit, rebalances and increases intuitive awareness, and protects from negative energies.
APATITE
Has an amazing clearing effect on the Third Eye area while stimulating inner vision. Wonderful to use for issues concerning past lives and accessing one’s Akashic Records. Hold while meditation for a clear connection with your Spiritual Guides.
AQUAMARINE
Preserves innocence, heightens intellect, increases self-knowledge. It is also reputed to promote clear and logical thinking and is sometimes carried as a 'good luck' charm. Brings inspiration and new ideas. Helps activate the Throat Chakra allowing and encouraging one to speak their truth.
AZURITE
A natural blue copper carbonate. The Azurite is said to be an aid to psychic development, a very powerful stone. Helps one with meditation. Helps with penetrating through your deepest fear in the subconscious.
BLOODSTONE
Deep-green precious stone flecked with red; Bloodstone is a purifier of the blood and a general detoxification of organs, particularly the liver, kidneys and spleen. It helps to allow light into the body. Provides vitality, strengthens idealism and the will to do good - especially for charity. Increases one's talent, stimulates the Kundalini and balances all of the chakras.
BLUE-LACE AGATE
Blue-lace agate is a positive and calming stone. Helps one freely express oneself. Provides cool and soothing energy which is good for neutralizing red energies such as anger, infections, inflammations, fevers etc. Helps to open the throat chakra.
CARNELIAN
This lovely stone activates the first, second and third Chakras allowing for sexual and creative energies to take center stage.
CHALCEDONY
Stimulates optimism and enhances one's spiritual and artistic creativity. A strong stone of the Blue Ray energies, it is a wonderful stone for working with the Angelic Realms and Higher Spiritual Beings. Assists in remembering past life events.
CHRYSOPRASE
A beautiful stone of the pure Green ray and a wonderful stone to use while working with Archangel Raphael, Abundance work or crystal grids, and opening the heart to compassion.
CITRINE
This yellow stone helps those who feel that they have misplaced their path in life and to give them a new sense of direction and rebuild the structure of their earthly existence. FLUORITE

A brilliant blue mineral. The lapis lazuli was called by the ancient Egyptians 'The Stone of Heaven'. Helps one to acquire wisdom and truth. A symbol of power and a mental and spiritual cleanser.
